Andrew Houston "Andy" Osborne, 59, of Charleston, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015.
Andy was born February 28, 1956. He attended George Washington High School, graduating with the class of 1974. He was employed by Turnpike Chevrolet in Nitro. Andy was a sweet, kind, fun-loving man, who enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Robert "Bob" and Shirley Anne Osborne.
Andy is survived by his 3 brothers and sister; 5 nieces; 2 nephews; several great nieces and nephews; as well as his former wife.
