"A Little Girl Called From Earth"
The friends of Mr. and Mrs. Cicero Gaunt will sympathize with them in the death of their little daughter, Martha, who passed away on Sunday evening, after having been ill for the past eight weeks. She was past six years of age. Her death was caused by pneumonia and brain fever and is a sore loss to the family. Friends will meet at the house on Wednesday and the remains will be taken to the Friends church at New Burlington, where the interment will take place. The time of the funeral will be announced later.

Little Martha Gauntt was born at Xenia O., Dec. 20, 1897, and died at the place of her nativity, May 8, 1904, in the seventh year of her age.
She was always a willing and obedient child, performing every duty promptly, cheerfully and kindly. Affectionate, loving and amiable in disposition, honorable and upright in purpose, of noble heart and generous nature, she had endeared herself to her parents and friends and seemed the morning star of the home.
