Travis Mackey Morris, age 103, was a graduate of Freed-Hardeman College--he taught classes in a one room schoolhouse in Hurricane, TN, where he also coached basketball, had also worked for TVA, Brown Shoe Company, and was manager for Dollar General. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Adamsville and served as deacon for many years, and also, a past member of the Lions Club.
