Tom was a farmer, udriver, a school bus driver and loved all animals, especially dogs and birds. He retired from Ames 4K Farms, in Fillmore.
He was a member of the member of the Elks Lodge, currently in Brazil, for 49 years. He truly loved and was loved by all of his family and friends. He was the beginning of four generations of "Thomas" Hood's, so his name will love on. He never met a stranger and will always be remembered by his quick, wit, smile and stillness.
