He was born March 18, 1963 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Phyllis Stanley Maynard of Clinton, Maine and the late Roy Jackson Maynard.
Dave had many interests, he loved to fish and tinker on small engines and lawn mowers; he also loved the woods, bon-fires, and anything to do with the outdoors. He also loved to play video games and watch movies. He drew and read, and anytime a neighbor needed help he was there.
Other than his mother, other survivors include his sisters, Margaret "Kay" (Ivor) Undertajlo of Brookfield, and JoAnn (Chris) Bolduc of Maine; his nephew and his niece, Andrew (Katie) Maynard and Vivianne Maynard; and one great-nephew, Alan Michael Maynard.
Other than his father, David was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Maynard.
Burial will be in the Kerr Cemetery, Weathersfield Twp., Ohio.
