Death certificate has her father's name listed as Frank Campbell which is an error.

She married Edgar E. Darold in Jackson County, Missouri on July 27, 1909. The license has her age as 25 years of age and her name was Ora Douglass.

She was a past worthy matron of the Beulah Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, and has served as a district deputy grand matron. She was a life member of the Ankara Caldron of the Daughters of Mokanana, and was past National Commander of the Order.

She also was a member of the Roanoke Baptist Church, the Order of the White Shrine and the Gravel Club of Kansas City.

She was survived by her brothers Frank E. Douglass and William A. Douglass.
