Born Sunday, January 30, 1949 at 11:16 a.m., weighing 6 lbs 13 oz. and measuring 19 inches long in Pocatello, Idaho, last of eight children, daughter of George William (GW) Morrison and Lucy Emma Pratt. She attended first through third grades (no kindergarten available) in Hansen, Idaho where her family owned a small five-acre farm. The family moved to Ogden, Utah where Linda attended schools in north and south Ogden. The family moved to Salt Lake City where Linda attended Horace Mann Junior High School, graduated from West High School, and received her BFA from the University of Utah. Linda was a contestant in the Days of '47 Pageant, bought her first car (red Beetle), and bought her set of china, crystal and silverware. Married Dan A Hull April 9, 1971 in the Salt Lake Temple just before Dan went into basic training for the Army Reserves. Brandan was born two weeks short of nine months later! Mother of six and Grandmother to 18. Brandan A (Rebecca Lynne Larsen) (Sarah Sophia, Abraham, Helen, Gibson). Wade Alan (Stephanie Kay Oldroyd (Parker, Logan, Kaylee, Dallin, Emma). Drue Anthony (Maggie Salem (Salem, Sutton, Xander). Rebecca Lynn (Aaron Henson) (Sasha, Nikolai). Jonathan (twin) (Jaxson, Madison). Nathan (twin) (Zoey). Community: PTA (President and Council), Sugarhouse Trustee, Poll Manager for elections, State Fair 4H worker. Church: 12 years in Primary (President, Music Director for ward and stake), Relief Society President three times, counselor and Secretery to three Relief Society presidents, Ward and Stake RS Secretary, YW Camp Director for 1 year (that was enough!). Employment: State Medical Examiner's Office, Utah Crash Team, AFEES (draft time), co-founder of Applegate HomeCare & Hospice, Executive Secretary for UAHC & UHPCO, Conference co-planner for UAA. Artist: Artist's Gallery (St. George, Utah), ISA (Intermountain Society of Artists). Loved: Traveling, crocheting, quilting, music, art, flowers, movies, walks around Liberty Park and her grandchildren. HATES MOSQUITOES!! Thanks to Amy Hartman and her Solstice Hospice team: Jolene, Lisa, Vicki, Juan, Becky and Dr. Ruden.Died July 26, 2015 ~ Salt Lake City, UtahA visitation to greet the family will take place at the Salt Lake Sugarhouse Stake Center located at 1621 South 1100 East, Salt Lake on Tuesday, July 28th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, July 29th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. at the same chapel. Serenity Funeral Home will direct the services.
