Jacob Tyler Summers of Madisonville passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Sweetwater Hospital. Worked at Mastercraft, Madisonville Fire Department and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
He was 22 years old.
Survivors include: his parents, Jeff and Christal Summers;
Brother and sister-in-law, Jeremy and Jessie Summers;
Son, Kyler and his mother Paige Beaty;
Grandparents, Donald and Mary Ann Stanton, Charlotte Stanton;
Nieces, Haley and Hannah Summers;
Uncles and aunts, Shannon and Laura Stanton, Shelly and Duane Spires;
Cousins and spouses, Brooklyn Stanton, Daniel and Vicki Amschler and their children, Elaina and Jacob, Nicholas and Kim Edwards and their children, Mattie and Raegan;
Many other cousins, relatives, and friends throughout the area and southern Illinois.
The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2015 at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home in Madisonville. The funeral was at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Biereley-Hale Chapel with the Rev. Kenny Mize officiating.
