MISS JOSIE OWENS RITES ARE TODAY -
Final rites for Miss Josie Owens, 26, Moulton,
2,are to be conducted this afternoon at 2:30
at Berea Baptist Church by Rev. Edward
Stallworth. Miss Owens died Monday at 5:00
a.m. in Nashville following a long illness.
She was residing witha cousin, Mrs. Bill
Lackey, at the time of her death.
She is survived by her father, Joe W. Owens,
Moulton 2; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Hall,
Trinity 1 and Mrs. Clara Cooper, Sheffield;
one brother, Irvin Owens, Moulton 2.
Deceased was a member of Berea Baptist
Church. Interment will be in Red Hill
Cemetery, Mutual Services directing.
Pallbearers will be Herschel Hall, Joe
Cooper,Harold Knight, Milford Owens,
Travis Archie and Zullon Owens.
