Culver Duff Ross passed peacefully in his sleep at the age of 94 on Father's Day, June 21, 2015. He was born March 10, 1921 in Boise, Idaho to Carl B. and Isabel T. Ross.

"Duff" graduated from Boise Junior College in 1942. He was then drafted into the US Army and later transferred to the Army Air Corp to become a lead navigator with the 463rd Bomb Group in Foggia, Italy.

After the war, he married his love for all time, Rose Marie Baker, in Ogden, Utah on June 23rd, 1945.

He graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Forest Management, serving the Forest Service in Idaho, Nevada and Utah, then retiring to Borrego Springs, CA and Ashton, ID.

He is preceded in death by his wife Rose. He is survived by two daughters; Judy Haldeman, Borrego Springs, CA, and Mary Watkins, Eugene, OR; a niece in Eugene and a niece in California, seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

He will be buried in Glenns Ferry, Idaho with his wife Rose.

The twinkle in Dad's eye, his love for us all and the wonderful smell of his pipe tobacco will always be with us.
