Nora Ann (Rose) Carrick, 84, of New Haven, MO, died on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at her residence. Mrs. Carrick was born in Patterson, Wayne County, MO, on Nov. 17, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Albert R. and Ada O. (Chiles) Rose. She was united in marriage at Piedmont, MO to Willard E. Carrick on July 21, 1956.

Nora is survived by her husband; two daughters, Deloris Smith and her husband, Michael, of New Haven and Donna Carrick of New Haven; two sisters, Betty Rosa and her husband, Leroy, of Imperial, MO, and Shirley Rose of Arnold, MO; one brother, Eddie Rose and his wife, Bobbie, of Fenton; three grandchildren, Dawn Smith of Union, Christopher Smith of New Haven, and Jennifer Canania and her husband, Travis, of New Haven; three great-grandchildren, Jasmine “Jazzy,” Brandon “Brando”, and Brianna “Doodlebug” Canania of New Haven; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaneasha and Dezarae Canania of New Haven; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, watching and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals, and listening to bluegrass and gospel music.

Visitation was held June 3 at Toedtmann and Grosse Funeral Home in New Haven. Funeral services were June 4 at 11 a.m., with Brother Dave Rogers officiating.

Burial will be at New Haven Cemetery. The family requests donations to Little Lake & Rockwell Cemetery, in care of Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home.
