Philip Ward Longtin was born May 6, 1962 to Paul and Iris (Siguaw) Longtin at Castro Valley, California. He was raised and attended school in Castro Valley until moving to North Dakota with his dad in 1971. He lived and worked in both Minnesota and North Dakota and in 1983 he settled in Williston where he has resided since.

Philip is survived by his mother, Iris H. (Siguaw) Longtin of Williston, ND; brother, Paul W. (Leesa) Longtin of Corning, CA; sister, Doris M. (Stanley) Cooper of Orland, CA; brother, Patrick W. Longtin of Columbus, NE; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul W. Longtin; sister, Nancy F. Longtin; brother, Perry W. Longtin; and grandparents, William and Frances (Hell) Siguaw and Harvey and Mae (Beaudoin) Longtin.
