SHIRLEY ANN (DEATON) COUCH Shirley Ann (Deaton) Couch was born Oct. 29, 1964 in Clay County & departed this life Wednesday, Jul. 22, 2015 at the Memorial Hospital in Manchester, being 50 years of age. She was the daughter of Lucy Mae (Sams) Deaton of Tyner & of the late Paul Carson Deaton.
In addition to her mother Shirley is also survived by her husband Danny Couch of Sextons Creek & by three brothers, James Paul Deaton & Darrell Lane Deaton both of Tyner & Raymond Carson Deaton of Annville.
Other than her father, Shirley was also preceded in death by her brother, Carl C. Deaton.
Shirley was a member of the Oneida Church of God Worship Center.
Funeral service was held 11:00AM Friday, July 24, 2015 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Burns officiating. Burial followed in the Deaton Cemetery in Clay Co., Ky. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
