Peggy (Stovall) Harpper, 91, of White Plains, Alabama, died on July 22, 2015 at Dugger Mountain Assisted Living. She is survived by her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two sisters, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill R. Harper; and sons, Ronald B. Harper and Robin B. Harper. She was a native and lifelong native of White Plains. She retired from Calhoun County Civil Service with over thirty years of service. Arrangements: Gray Brown Funeral Home. Funeral: 11:00 a.m. July 25, 2015 at White Plains Baptist Church where she had been a member for over twenty years.
