Mrs. Nellie McPherson Lee age 80 died Wednesday, July 22, 2015 in the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center, Whiteville, NC. Born January 22, 1935 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Bessie McPherson.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one brother: David J. McPherson; two sisters: Lucy Monroe and Betty Lou Lisk.
She is survived by her husband: Enoch Levy Lee; four brothers: Howard McPherson of Chadbourn, Alfred McPherson of Chadbourn, Jimmy McPherson of Clarendon, and Hoyt McPherson of Clarendon.
She was a member of Beaverdam Freewill Baptist Church in Chadbourn.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Beaverdam Freewill Baptist Church, Chadbourn.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 24, 2015 at 2 PM in the Beaverdam Freewill Baptist Church, Chadbourn. Burial will follow in the McPherson Cemetery, Chadbourn.
