Charles was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Annette W. Burcham; a daughter, Tamara Burcham Johnson (Jeff); brothers, Daryl Burcham (Pat), Donald Burcham (Linda); a sister, Becky Hampton (Grayson); and a step-grandson.
Funeral services will be conducted at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel.
Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Gardens.
