Born Zophia Kamilla Truszkowska Age 74 Foundress of the Polish Felican's Sisters she died of stomach cancer and was buried in the chapel adjoining the motherhouse in Krakow after her death many people came to visit her tomb seeking her intercession so many favors were reported that her cause for beatification was initated in 1949 The Apostolic Process was opened in 1967 by the Archbishop of Krakow Karol Cardinal Wojtyla who is now Pope Saint John Paul II. Beatified on April 18, 1993 by Pope Saint John Paul II
