LAIRD, Michael S. Sept. 4, 1939- July 20, 2015 Michael S. Laird grew up in Odessa, TX, and attended Texas Tech. He graduated in 1963 with a degree in accounting and became a CPA. He worked for Arthur Young, the IRS, Rusco Electronics, Dept. of Defense and the Dept. of the Treasury. Mike was a deacon at FBC Plano where he taught youth Sunday School and worked with RA's for 25 years. Mike leaves behind wife of 54 years, Sylvia, daughters Jana Brockman and husband, Ken; Lesa Ramirez and husband Eric, eight grandchildren and brother, Buddy Laird of Katy, TX, sisters Pat Moore and Cindy Parkis of Odessa, TX.
