Daniel Edward Dawson, age 34, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away July 17, 2015 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 11a.m. with Dr. Don McClung and Tommy Dawson officiating. The visitation will be held immediately prior to the service from 10a.m. to 10:50a.m. Burial will be in Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville, Georgia.
Daniel was a native of Houston County and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church. He was employed as a carpenter with Wall to Wall Construction of Hawkinsville, Georgia and loved to fish, hunt and shoot pool.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas S. Dawson, William J. Carreker, Jessie Carreker and his uncle, Jeff Carreker.
Survivors include his father, Danny (Sue) Dawson of Hawkinsville, Georgia; mother, Linda Gale Morris of Byron, Georgia; sons, Daniel Dawson, Jr. and Elijah Austin Dawson; daughter, Danyelle Elissabeth Dawson; sister, Windy (Jeff) Dehem; grandparents, Annie Dawson of Hawkinsville, Georgia. He is also survived by special friends, Rhonda Michelle Saxon and her children, Anthony, Breanna and Lizzie.
Flowers will be accepted but donations may be made to the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 210, Hawkinsville, Georgia 31036.
