Mrs. Lydia M. Flessert, 74, formerly of 2115-34th St., Two Rivers, died Sunday morning, Sept. 14, at Heritage Nursing Center, Sheboygan, where she was a resident since 1976.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Christ Lutheran Church, Sheboygan. The Rev. Arthur Dingel will officiate and burial will be in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mrs. Flessert, nee Lydia Wiegert, was born Sept. 2, 1906, in the Town of Cato, daughter of the late Vitus and Emma Klann Wiegert. She attended the district school at Cato. She was married to Arthur C. Flessert of Shawano, March 15, 1928. Mrs. Flessert was employed at Hamilton Manufacturing for 35 years, retiring in 1971. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Sheboygan.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Earl of Mishicot, Lloyd of Milwaukee, and Arthur, Jr. of Sheboygan; a brother, Hugo Wiegert of Two Rivers; four sisters, Mrs. Emma Bursek of Manitowoc, Mrs. Ruth Esse and Mrs. Gertrude Hansen of Valders, and Mrs. Josephine Larson of Cato; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Friends may call at the church Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services. A memorial has been established in her name.
