obit appeared in the June 4, 1909 Victor Herald (page 3) -very difficult/pale to read--stating his parents' names, his birth and death dates and that he was married three times, his first wife being Augusta W. Maltby* (m. Sept. 27, 1854 in Brighton, Michigan)-children from this marriage: Florence (James Ellingwood) & Herbert Embry. His second wife was Carrie (Caroline) Moul (m. January 17, 1871) with three children born, one son Phillip dying in infancy, daughter Clara (wife of Gilbert Dove), and Frank Embry. His third wife was Mary L. Mather, married Nov. 30, 1882, with one son Harry Embry.
