HAROLD BRUEMMER

Harold A. Bruemmer, 65, of 1608 Emmett St., Two Rivers, retired employe in the maintenance division of Hamilton Mfg. co. and a former plumbing inspector of the city of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly of a heart attack shortly after the noon hour Wednesday at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital. He had been stricken at his home earlier.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, the Rev. Richard H. Trump officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery.

Mr. Bruemmer was born at Two Rivers Oct. 10, 1901, son of the late William and Wilhelmina Voigt Bruemmer. He learned the plumbing trade as a young man while employed at the fomrer Lahey and Watson firm at Two Rivers. For 19 years she was a city employee, serving as plumbing inspector many years. For 13 years until his retirement nearly four years ago, he was with Hamilton. A longtime member of the Two Rivers aerie of Eagles, he was also a member of the Hamilton Goodfellowship Club.

Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret Marshek, whom he married at Manitowoc Aug. 18, 1926; a daughter, Jean, of Two Rivers, two sons, William of Ypsilanti, Mich., and Jack, of Greendale, Wis., three sisters, Mrs. Otto Wilke, of Florida and Mrs. Clara Kronforst and Mrs. Louise Mueller, of Two Rivers and seven grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday where memorial services will be conducted by the Eagles at 7 p.m.
