Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot. The
Rev. Ronald Helgerson will officiate and burial will be in Forest View Cemetery,
Two Rivers.
Mrs. Ahrens, nee Helene Naser, was born June 19, 1898, at Two Creeks, daughter
of the late John and Anna Rathe Naser. She was married to Jerry Ahrens Oct. 13,
1924. They resided on Route 1, Two Rivers, until her husband died in 1978, when
she moved to her present address. Mrs. Ahrens was a retired rural school teacher
and was active in 4-H programs many years. She was a member of Mishicot-Two
Rivers Senior Citizens and Mishicot Alumni Association and a charter member of
Two Rivers American Legion Auxiliary and Ladies Aid Society of Zion United
Methodist Church, Mishicot.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Jean Ahrens of 10936(?)
Meadow Dr., Two Rivers, and Gene and Monica Ahrens of Sheboygan; a son-in-law,
Alan Groll of Algoma, 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A daughter
and three sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Thursday.
