In 1977 Judy and Ron relocated to Hudson, Florida with their family to be closer to her family. Judy assisted Ron with opening A Quality Auto Repair and their son came to Florida and worked in the family business for many years. Judy and Ron received the Paragon Award through the State of Florida, Automotive Service Councils highest award and was granted Honorary Lifetime Member of the Automotive Service Council Association which she held the office of secretary for many years. In the meantime, Judy started her own business; A Quality Answering Service, Ron closed his automotive company and went to work as the computer whiz and her daughters assisted her with that company for over 30 years. She put her heart and soul into the company.
Judy had such enthusiasm for promoting the Hudson community. When Judy came to Hudson she first joined the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, was on the Board of Directors and chaired many committees and was President for 2 years, which in later years merged into the now West Pasco Chamber of Commerce. She was involved and worked with the local Automotive Association and the Automotive Association of Florida and the Florida Legislature to enact those guidelines for automotive clean air. Bills were passed through the state. She was on the steering committee for the Chasco Fiesta.
A quote from King Helie “Judy was the most dedicated proponent for West Pasco community that he had the pleasure of working with.” Judy was the founding chairwoman of the Hudson Seafest and served on the Board of Directors for over 20years with King Helie. She also was involved with the President's Club Pasco Hernando Community College, a member of the Pasco Builders Association, Auxiliary President and on the Board of Directors for 8 years. Judy in the 1980's was on the committee to bring the Medical Center of Bayonet Point to Hudson, Hudson Development Council – Betterment of Hudson and assisted with the redevelopment of Hudson Beach, Questers of Hudson, Chairman Communications Committee for Charlie Daniel's Golf Classic to benefit the Angelus House. and also assisted the Tampa Chapter of the Boys and Girls club to bring them to our town, was on the Board of Directors and past secretary. She was the past President of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving and on the Board of Directors for 8yrs, State Representative for Pasco County MADD, member of the Calusa Business and Professional Women's Association and helped them with student scholarships, member of the American Business Women's Association in which she held numerous offices, also was involved with the Spouse Abuse Center.
In 1990, she was appointed to the Pasco County Library Board of Directors by Commissioner Mike Wells, Appointed by Hap Clark to Chairwoman of the Library Board and Friends of the Library.
In 1994 Judy was crowned with the “Queen Chasco” title which is the highest award for community service involement, then helped the Lighthouse for the Blind by joining the Board of Directors which quickly followed with President and Chairman of the Chasco Ball Committee.
Judy's trade associations through her business included ATSI, Association of Telemessaging Service International which she joined in 1985 to current, she was on the National Board of Directors 1991-1995, Vice President / Secretary in 1995 and was the Chairwoman of the ATSI Education Foundation; recipient of the ATSI Presidential Award in 1996 and received the ATSI Hall of Fame award. Also was a member of STA; Southern Telemessaging Association since 1985, served on the Board of Directors for 8 years, was President for 2 years and Treasurer for 2 years.
Judy was also a member of the CadCom Users Group, held the office of President for 3 years and was treasurer for a year. She stated that the purpose of this group was to work with the Computer Equipment Company to better serve the telemessaging industry with ideas and software. A Challenge in this ever changing communications industry. Judy then led her business further into the TeleService area while she spent time on her partnership in Winner Circle Seminars, Inc. Again working on education and helped to design computer training programs for the telecommunications industry and conducted Management Seminars countrywide with her lifetime friends: Mari Osmon, Dee Hawkins and Joy Rossin.

“My husband Ron has been my cheerleader, motivator, supporter and partner. He leads the way and also gives me the lead. We are partners in my business; he does all the technical support. I am a partner in his Independent Florida telephone company, A Quality Communication Services.”
“You may ask why someone would not only join these organizations and be an active member, but to continue on supporting so many community projects.... It is my belief that if I have received so much support and help from this community it is up to me to give back to the community in any small way I can and Thank You all for the opportunity.”
Judy is survived by her husband, Ronald, Sr, one son; Ronald, Jr. and wife, Celia Vincent of Hudson, 2 daughters; Renee Amoroso of Port Richey and Juli Roath of Hudson, Fl., 3 Grandchildren; Ryan Roath of Hudson, Bruce Amoroso of Port Richey and Jennifer Vincent of Hudson. Sister in Law; Gudren Haenelt of Hudson, Brother and Sister in Law; Daniel and Dolores Vincent of Longwood, Fl. And Sister in Law; Jacqueline Pasquine of Arlington, Virginia. Many neices, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held as follows at Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
