She was born April 3, 1966, in Oak Hill to James E. and Pearlie Mae Vincent Hubbard.
Her mother died Jan. 21, 1997. Her father survives in Butler, Ind. Survivors
also include two children, Tanita and Cameron, both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; four brothers, James Hubbard, Michael Hubbard and John Hubbard, all of Lima, and Gary Hubbard of Butler, Ind; and four sisters, Margie DeLeon of San Antonio, Donna Martin of Logan and Sandy Arnett and Cathy Hubbard, both of Lima.
