Mrs. Mammie Gulledge, age 84, resident of Summerdale, Ala., died March 25 at a local hospital.

A native of Baldwin County, Mrs. Gulledge was a member of Summerdale Methodist Church, a member of American War Mothers, and The Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Amy Beverly, Robertsdale, Ala., Mrs. Alvin Malone, Winter Haven, Fla., and Mrs. Mac Robinson, Donaldsonville, Ga.; three sons, Emmett Gulledge, Summerdale, Ala., Emory Gulledge, Dallas, Texas, and Donald Gulledge, Winter Haven, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Ida Moore, Seminary, Miss., Mrs. J. W. Pitman, Robertsdale, Ala., Mrs. Ella Allen, Summerdale, Ala.; two brothers, Charlie Waters, Hattiesburg, Miss., and John Waters, Loxley, Ala.; 17 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 27, at Summerdale Methodist Church with the Rev. William Haas, and the Rev. Richard P. Reedy officiating.

Honorary pall bearers were John Jurkiewicz, W. H. Toler, Bill Cooper, Paul Cleverdon, Taylor Wilkins, and Jim Hendrix. Active pall bearers were Robert Gulledge, Byron Gulledge, Teddy Ludke, Bobby Ludke, Merrell Robinson, and Ronnie Gulledge.

Interment was in Wynn Cemetery at Summerdale. Funeral arrangements were by Mack Funeral Home, Robertsdale, Ala.
