Emmett David Brown passed away on May 24, 2015 surrounded by his wife and children.

Dave was born in McComb, Miss. on July 4, 1948. He graduated from Garnett High School in 1966 and married his high school sweetheart Karen in 1969. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served honorably in the United States Navy. Dave was a loving husband, father and grandpa who never veered from those responsibilities no matter how tough things got in life. He coached his children for many years in baseball and was never too tired to play catch after a hard day's work. He was an avid reader and a fan of all sports. Dave worked at Boeing in Everett, Wash. for 18 years as a CNC Technician, Instructor and Engineer. He will be remembered by his family for his unconditional love, compassion and sense of humor.

Dave is survived by his wife of 45 years, Karen; his sons, Dave (Stacy) of Winchester, Calif. and Ryan (Lindsey) of Snohomish, Wash.; his daughter Susie (Zac) of Menifee, Calif.; his sister, Iris Armstrong and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Emmett Brown and Dora (Sanders) Good; his brothers, Richard Brown and James "Jim" Lennon.

He will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif. with full military honors.
