Kelly L. Long, 18, of Drumore died Saturday evening following a single vehicle accident on Route 272 in Chester County. She was born in Lancaster. Kelly was a 2005 graduate of Solanco High School where she served as her class president. A very personable student she was on the prom committee and the National Honor Society. Active in athletics, she played on the Solanco High School Lancaster Lebanon League 2005 Championship Girls Softball Team and served as an athletic trainer. Planning to attend HACC in the fall her plans were to become a dental hygienist. During her senior year she served an internship with Brown-McMullen- Wisse Dental Associates in Quarryville. After graduation, she was employed by Totes Factory Store in Rockvale Square as a sales associate. Kelly had also completed her training at Lapp's Family Restaurant in Quarryville. Surviving beside her parents are a twin sister, and a brother, a paternal grandmother, a maternal grandmother, and maternal grandparents. Funeral services will be held from Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church, 1068 Chestnut Level Road, Quarryville, PA on Thursday at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the church. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
