Virginia Norrell passed away Wednesday, November 23, at the age of 92.
She was born on April 26, 1930, to Henry B. and Emily Harvell in Arab, Alabama.
She worked at Rexall Drugs, Brown Drugs, and Haralson Drugs during the years. She made many friends during her career, and some became life-long friends. She was a member of the former Southside United Methodist Church, Guntersville, AL. She married Ralph Norrell in 1963.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews that loved her very much. And she loved her Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers (Ed, Billy and Ray Harvell), 5 sisters (Jewel, Opal, Hattie, Wanda, and Peggy).
She loved her family very much, especially her niece and caregiver of 7 years—Debbie Gillilan.
There is a graveside service on Monday, November 28, at 2:00 pm at Diamond Cemetery. Pallbearers are Keith Brown, Kenney Brown, Harold DeArmond, Chad Filmore, Charles Townsend, and Harold Wray.
