Mathew Alan Montgomery, 20, of Syracuse, died Wednesday on Cornwell Island as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Dear son of Tamra Cook and stepson of Ben Kolbasook of Syracuse; dear brother of Nicholas Kolbasook, Amanda Tryon and Ceceilia Kolbasook all of Syracuse. Survived by his grandparents, Mari and Alan Montgomery of Syracuse and Randy Hall of Onondaga Nation; great- grandmother, Ceceilia Sylvester of Cornwall Island. Special nephew of Brian, Mike, Chris and Diosa Nudie, Leyosta, Howie, Donnie, Stephanie, Dean, Nicole and Tawnya. Survived by best friends, Trevor, Cory and Justin Jocko; many aunts, uncles, great- aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by one uncle, Buster Cook. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. Sunday at the residence of his grandparents, 111 Michaels Avenue, Syracuse. Funeral service will be at a time and location to be announced. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc. 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse.
