BREMEN - Amy Thurlow Sharp, age 86, of Bremen died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 9:25 AM at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, KY. Ms. Sharp was born Mar 11, 1929 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of Church Street General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert R. Sharp, Sr., parents Horton and Vina Sumner, daughters Lynn T. Jones and Lois J. Sharp, daughter-in-law Brenda Moore Sharp and son-in-law Ronald Hobbs.
She is survived by her sons Robert R. (Jan) Sharp, Jr. and James H. Sharp of Bremen; daughters Vicki S. Hobbs of Marion and Ramona K. (Darrell) Hill of Belton. She also treasured her nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 1 PM at Union Chapel Cemetery in Drakesboro, Ky. Visitation will be Wednesday after 9:30 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City.
