Cindy was born Aug. 16, 1965, in Bastrop, Texas, to James R. Cobb Sr. and Vickie Dupre Cobb.
She graduated from Central High School and then attended Angelo State University. She worked for many years with the State Schools in San Angelo and Kerrville.
Cindy loved karaoke and loved to fish, especially with her mom.
Open visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, July 19, 2015, at Johnson's Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 20, 2015, in Johnson's Funeral Home chapel. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Roosevelt, Texas.
