Phyllis Ann (Roth) Woodard, 75, of Pennellville, passed away Wednesday at Crouse Hospital, surrounded by her entire family. She was born in Syracuse and graduated from Assumption High School. Phyllis had been a resident of Pennellville since 1978. She was employed with GE, Rollway Bearing, and retired from Lamson-Diebold Inc. as a key punch operator. After her retirement, she truly enjoyed being the owner and operator of Stitch-N-Niche in Baldwinsville. Her true love was her family. She loved to laugh and looked forward to spending time at family gatherings, especially with her grandchildren. She was a parishioner of Pope John XXIII Church in Liverpool. She was predeceased by her husband, Clinton O. Woodard, Jr. and her brother, Arthur Roth. Surviving are her beloved sons, Clinton (Margaret) Woodard III of Central Square, Bruce (Sally) Woodard of Weedsport, Keith (Donna) Woodard of Pennellville, Brian (Tammy) Woodard of Hastings, Jason Woodard of Pennellville; 10 cherished grandchildren and seven adored great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, Douglas (Carol) Woodard of N. Fort Myers, FL; sister-in-law, Lorraine Dunn of Central Square. Calling hours will be on Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31, Baldwinsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. in Pope John XXIII Church, 8290 Soule Road in Liverpool.
