Rites Set Friday For Mrs. Rencher
Mrs. Walter Rencher, 64, of the Lannius community died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 1965, in a Terrell hospital.
Funeral services wil be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Wise Funeral Home chapel with interment to be in the Dodd City cemetery. The officiating ministers will be the Rev. Bob Manning, Baptist minister, and the Rev. Charles Stark.
A member of the Gum Springs Baptist church, Mrs. Rencher was the former Miss Mary Edna Basford, born at Telephone Dec. 11, 1900, daughter of the late George and Nellie Wallace Basford.
Survivors include her husband of the home address, Route 1, Dodd City; two sons, Burlas Rencher of Ivanhoe and Doyle Rencher of Route 1, Dodd city; two daughters, Mrs. Oleta Dodson of Dallas and Mrs. Minnie Lee Doty of Denison; a half brother, Derrell Smith; a sister, Mrs. Ester Kellen, Route 1, Telephone, 13 grandchldren and three great grandchildren.
