Clinton, Ind. (Special) - Dana C. Griffith, 65, 315 N. 8th St., died at 8:15 a.m. Sunday in the Vermillion County Hospital. He was a retired C&EI Railroad employee, a member of the Clinton Eagles' Lodge and the One-half Cenury Club. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Martha; four sons, M. Sgt. Francis Griffith, Manzano Air Force Base, New Mexico, S/Sgt. Franklin Griffith, Little Rock Air Force base, Ark., Thomas, Indianapolis and Laurence, Clinton; three daughters, Mrs. Martha Daniels, Mishawaka, Mrs. Virginia Jones, St. Bernice, and Mrs. Lessie Taylor, Fayetteville, N.C.; four brothers, Raymond, Perry and Grady, Georgetown, Ill., and Richard, Clinton; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Moody, Georgetown and Mrs. Ollie Swartz and Mrs. Nellie McPheasant, both of Danville, Ill., and 12 grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Frist Funeral Home, with the Rev. Leverett Hamrick officiating. Burial will be in Helt's Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call.
