James Worth Bullington, Sr., 81, of Spartanburg, peacefully went to his Heavenly home July 16, 2015. Born June 25, 1934, in Cleveland, TN, he is the son of the late George and Ersa Bullington.

A Veteran of the United States Marine Corps., Mr. Bullington retired from Piedmont Mechanical after 25 years of dedicated service. A member of His Vineyard Church, Mr. Bullington loved the Lord and gospel music. He appreciated classic cars and spending time near the ocean. An avid golf, NASCAR, and Tennessee Volunteer fan, Mr. Bullington will be remembered as a family loving man with an impeccable sense of humor that brought joy and laughter to all those he encountered.

Mr. Bullington is predeceased by his beloved wife of 49 years, Elizabeth Pultz Bullington. He is survived by his sons James (Fran), David (Lisa), Greg (Terri) and Jon; grandchildren, Mandy (Steven) and Brittany (David) and two great grandchildren, Cole and Brody.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Graceland West Memorial Park in Greenville with Pastor Keith Kelly to officiate.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.
