Mary Elizabeth was a member of Okolona Baptist Church for more than 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1965, and later by two brothers, A.J. and Charles William Maxwell; four sisters, Madie Lee Buchanan, Ruth Maxwell, Maxine Negley and Carrie Marie Ray.

A service to celebrate the life of Mary Elizabeth will be held Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY, with a graveside service to follow in Rochester Cemetery in Rochester, KY.
