Patsy Crowe Graham, 81, of Chattanooga, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2005.
A Chattanooga native, she grew up in First Baptist Church and graduated from Chattanooga High School and McKenzie Business College. An accomplished pianist and vocalist, she sang in Riverside Church in New York City, was a church choir director in Decatur, GA, and taught private piano lessons. She was an executive secretary at Electric Power Board in the 1940s.
Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by a son, William Joseph Graham Jr.; parents, Stewart Marion Crowe and Sarah Ruth Quarles Crowe; sister, Betty Nobles; brothers, George J. Crowe and Stewart M. "Bud" Crowe.
She is survived by her husband, William J. Graham; a sister, Sarah Barker, Kingston, TN, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Dodds Avenue Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. and Hon. Sam Payne officiating.
Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
Arrangements are by Turner Funeral Home, Dodds Avenue Chapel, 622-3171.
