Charlotte M. Blair, 75, was born Dec. 11, 1939 north of Henry, Neb., the daughter of Clifford and Theressa (Ewing) Morris. She grew up and attended school in the Huntley area. She married Jimmy Hill in 1957 and they had four boys. After Jimmy’s death, she married David Blair in January of 1974. They lived in Torrington, where David worked for the City of Torrington. She raised her family and was a homemaker.
Charlotte loved playing Bingo, going to breakfast at Deacon’s every day, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of the East Gate Baptist Church.
Charlotte is survived by five sons, John (Patricia) Blair of Summerset, S.D., Daniel (Judy) Hill, Eddie (Linda) Hill, and Jimmie David (Michelle) Hill all of Torrington, and Rick Hill of Tulsa, Okla.; a daughter, Carol K. (Jeremy) Grooms of Torrington; a granddaughter, Ashleigh Grooms and 12 other grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; and 10 siblings.
