Phillip "Lance" Roberson, 68, died Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in Savannah. Mr. Roberson, a native of Atlanta was born on March 8, 1940, the son of the late Johnny and Elizabeth Roberson. Lance was a longtime resident of Savannah and spent much of his time at Hogan's Marina following his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Roberson was preceded in death by his sister, Anita Flinchum.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:00 PM Friday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with burial following in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
