Michael Stephen Bandy, 66, of Litchfield, died Tues., July 14, 2015 at 10:55 p.m. in St. John's Hospital in Springfield. He was born on Jan. 17, 1949, in Litchfield, IL, a son of Willard Newton & Stephanie (Mydlowski) Bandy. Mr. Bandy was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served during the Vietnam War. He worked as a lineman - cable splicer for Illinois Consolidated Telephone Company until retiring in 2005. He was a member of VFW Post #3912 & Moose Lodge #1634, both in Litchfield. He married Karen Sue Roach on Feb. 14, 1970, in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Litchfield. She survives. He is also survived by:
