Stanley C. Clements, age 84, of Springfield, Mo., died at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at The Manor at Elfindale. Stanley was born on Jan. 28, 1920, in Casper, Wyo., the son of Carl and Daga Carlson Hulteen. He was a World War II U.S. Army Air Corp veteran and a member of the Catholic church and I.C. Bridge Club. He was a retired engineer for the Industrial Filter Pump Company. He was also a member of the Independent Order of Svithiod, Manham Lodge in Chicago, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Leonard Hulteen; a sister, Ruth Brown; and a son, Steven Clements. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Lipinski Clements, of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Bill Henne of Springfield, Marci and Ted Blackwelder of Glenview, Ill., and Laurie and John Lukas of Fitzsdale, Mass.; a son and his wife, Brian Carl and Patti Clements of Oswego, Ill.; nine grandchildren, Amy and Bart Vickers, Jason Henne, Megan and Tim Blackwelder, Andrew, Brianne and Danniel Clements, Rachel and Benjamin Lukas; two great-grandsons, Jackson and Ryan Vickers; six nieces and nephews; and many, many friends. Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2004, in Greenlawn South with cremation and burial at a later date. Visitation will be noon to service time Saturday. Memorials are suggested to Community Hospices of America. The family would like to thank Community Hospices of America, especially Ruth Ann, Julie and Sandy.
