Donald B. FULLER Donald Burton Fuller, age 77, returned to the loving arms of our Lord November 17, 2010. Born in Madelia, MN, March 14, 1933 to Gladys (Rhodes) and Walter D. Fuller, he attended Sebeka schools. Don joined the Air Force after graduating in 1951 and served for four years at Luke Air Force Base in Phoenix, AZ. After discharge, he moved his family to North Dakota where he worked for the Lane Wells Co. in the Williston Oil Basin in ND, Montana and Rock Springs, Wyoming. In 1960 he began his 35-year career with the airline industry as a Crew Chief Mechanic for Northwest Airlines stationed in Shemya, Alaska, Chicago, Miami, New York City, Minneapolis and in 1972 Seattle then as Operation Specialist with Alaska Airlines until he retired in 1995. He married Irene Kellar June 20, 1953, they had five children and divorced in 1979. He married JoAnn June 19, 1994. They traveled extensively, flying to the Orient and cruising the Caribbean. They wintered in Sun City, AZ, where they attended the Evangelical Church and Life Center in Tacoma and was a dedicated volunteer for the Seattle Mariners spring training sessions. A devoted father, grandfather, son and brother, Don loved visiting family. He was a lifetime member of the Sebeka, MN American Legion and a long time member of Parents without Partners. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Betty Mansell, Ruth Greeley (Rosco) and brother, Clarence (Bud) (Gladys). He is survived by sister, Norma (Palmer) Erickson and brothers Walter J (Alice), Glen (Phyllis), John (Danna) and Roy (Judy). His daughters, Shellie Johnson (Randy), Valerie Howe (Clyde), Beckie Riecks (Fred), and sons Rick and Gary Fuller (Laura); grandchildren, Heidi, Rob, Richard (Madeline), Jackie, Sarah (Jason), Katelyn, KayLynne, Emily and Frank; great-grandchildren, Amanda, Kennedi, Gabrielle, Daniel, Gage, Elizabeth and Juliet. All of them possess his humor, strength and love of life.
