Surviving are his wife, Shirley Pruitt Ratliff of the home; daughter, Heather Gambill of Hays; brother, Rev. Charles Ratliff and wife Brenda of North Wilkesboro; sister, Joann Reavis and husband Larry of Hays; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 o'clock Friday, July 17, 2015 at Miller Funeral Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Anderson officiating. Burial with military honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Honor Guard Post 1142 will follow in Mountlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Service from 12:00 until 2:00 o'clock on Friday, prior to the service.
