Melissa L. Clevenger-Stoner, 48, of 11495 Fisher Drive, Greencastle, PA, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015 in Chambersburg Hospital.
Born September 28, 1968 in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of Dean L. and Ethel V. (Saunders) Clevenger of Greencastle.
She was a homemaker and worked as a notary at Sollenberger's Messenger Services, Chambersburg.
She was a member of William Max McLaughlin VFW Post #695 of Waynesboro and The American Legion, Mercersburg, PA.
She enjoyed cooking and watching movies.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, William D. Stoner, Jr.; one daughter, Justice H. Stoner; two sisters, Cindy M. Welsh of Chambersburg and Star D. Patterson of Mont Alto, PA; three brothers, Clark W. Patterson, Jr. of Fayetteville, PA and Ronald E. Patterson and Donald E. Patterson, both of Waynesboro, PA; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Ruth Patterson, who died July 21, 2004.

Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Life Gate Ministries, 8948 Capitol Hill Road, Waynesboro. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery, near Quincy, PA.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society.
