Bosworth, David L., "Boz", 71, of Riverview passed away Monday, June 21, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Wava of Riverview; two sons, David L. Bosworth Jr. of Riverview, and Todd W. Bosworth and his wife, Bridget, of Bethania, N.C.; one daughter, Lori L. Roeder and her husband, Donald Jr., of Gibsonton; two brothers, Watson L. Bosworth and his wife, Martha, of Massachusetts, and William F. Bosworth III and his wife, Fayleen, of Connecticut; two sisters, Priscilla LaRiviere of Brandon, and Hazel B. Dority and her husband, John, of Connecticut; and five grandchildren. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. A native of Providence, R. I., Mr. Bosworth moved to the Tampa area in 1959 from Maine. He was a graduate of the University of Maine and a retired Superintendent of Temple Terrace Utilities. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2004, at the Stowers Riverview Chapel, with Harold C. Weeks, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2004, at the funeral home.
