Richard Butcher, 60, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away, Sunday July 12, 2015, at University of Missouri Columbia Hospital.
Mr. Butcher was born August 11, 1954 in Lebanon, PA to the late William Thomas and Martha Jane Owen Butcher. He was a member of Cornerstone Tabernacle UPC, and enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his children: Samantha Shelton and Stephanie Vecero, both of PA, Rick Butcher II, of Seattle WA, Jennifer Reece (J.L.), Lisa Dunning (Dwyane), and Billy Ketcherside, all of Poplar Bluff; fourteen grandchildren, and a brother, Brian Butcher (Cheryl) of Endicott, NY.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Thomas Butcher, Jr.
Visitation will be at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff on Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. with graveside services beginning at 11 a.m. at Sparkman Cemetery. Rev. John Sprous will be officiating.
