White Deer (PA) - Mrs. Mary E Smith, elderly resident of White Deer, died Sunday morning at 7am in her home after an illness of the past year. She was 72yrs old. The deceased was well known in her community is survived by the following children: Benjamin, James and Leroy Smith, Mrs. Ray Tilburg and Mrs. Jennie Kurtz all of White Deer; Mrs. Lee Buss of Allenwood; John & Joseph Smith of Milton; Mrs. Ralph Straub of Rochester NY; a brother William Huff of White Deer; two sisters: Mrs. David Fisher of White Deer, and Mrs. Thomas Bennett of Allenwood; and 29 grandchildren. Funeral Services were held Wed afternoon at 1:30pm from the Ranck Funeral Home and service in charge of Rev. Floyd A Huff, of White Deer. Burial made in Highland Cemetery
