Barry D. Cook, 76, of Hatfield, passed away on June 25, 2015, at Abington Health-Lansdale Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. (Meese) Cook, with whom he just recently celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. Born on July 22, 1938 in Kulpsville, PA he was the son of the late William C. and Elmina M. (Covelens) Cook.

He had been employed for many years as a stone and brick mason in the construction industry and he was also a longtime member of the Souderton-Harleysville Game, Fish, & Forestry Association. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. Barry will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

Barry is also survived by his daughter, Jennifer Fenstermacher (Bob), of Quakertown, his grandchildren, Erin and Luke Fenstermacher, his brother, Bill Cook (Dawn), of Stroudsburg, and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Garry Cook (his twin brother), Robert Cook, and Elsie Cook.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, July 2, 2015, from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446 where his Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow immediately at Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Ambler, PA.
