Kinder-Memorial Service for Belinda May Reeves, 48, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 in the Benny Earl Pelican Memorial Chapel of Ardoin Funeral Home. Rev. Keith Pellerin will officiate. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Friends and family will begin gathering at Ardoin Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
Belinda was born on June 28, 1967 in Lake Charles to Bill and Loretta Van Cleave.
She grew up in Westlake, Lake Charles, Texas and Moss Bluff. She attended Baton Rouge School for the Deaf, LaGrange High School and San Antonio School for the Deaf. She loved traveling throughout her lifetime. She had many friends and touched many lives. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include Belinda’s father, Bill Van Cleave of Moss Bluff; two sisters, Brenda Stoner and Sandy Pousson and husband, Bubba, all of Moss Bluff; 21 nieces and nephews; 23 great nieces and nephews; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Belinda is preceded in death by her mother, Loretta Van Cleave; two sisters-Stephanie Leone and Carolyn “Kay” Manuel; and, one brother-Thomas Reeves. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.ardoinfuneralhome.com
